My brother went to the Zachary location and explained the unexpected traumatic loss of his beloved special needs niece. The wonderful staff went above and beyond to accommodate my request for her casket flowers. This was by far the most elegant flower spray I had ever seen. While I will admit that I got off to a not-so-good start with Heroman's, after speaking with David Heroman about my issue, the original arrangement was promptly replaced with a striking purple and fragrant arrangement. I originally ordered a succulent garden, which I shouldn't have ordered. David was empathetic to my disappointment, and personally oversaw the creation of the beautiful fresh floral arrangement as a replacement. I've been in business for decades, and I know without a doubt that the satisfaction of your customers is of utmost importance.
