Very very disappointed! I received Dead Peonies. Thought that they would open but never did. Totally unattractive! No bow, no Baby’s Breath to at least make them look appealing. They didn’t even drink any of the water because they were already dead. I am enclosing before and after pictures. One star is even too much! After speaking with Mr. Heroman himself, I received a beautiful arrangement of Peonies to make up for the dead ones sent previously. Thank you for living up to the Heroman’s reputation and providing the customer service always expected from the Heroman’s name.

This place is now my go to flower shop in Baton Rouge. The customer service was wonderful and the knowledge and skills of the employees goes above and beyond. We needed some flower arrangements made the day of our grandmother's 90th birthday.
