This place is now my go to flower shop in Baton Rouge. The customer service was wonderful and the knowledge and skills of the employees goes above and beyond. We needed some flower arrangements made the day of our grandmother's 90th birthday. The lovely ladies at heroman's took on the challenge and really blew us away with how fast they got it done and the price was very fair. My brother went to the Zachary location and explained the unexpected traumatic loss of his beloved special needs niece. The wonderful staff went above and beyond to accommodate my request for her casket flowers. This was by far the most elegant flower spray I had ever seen. While I will admit that I got off to a not-so-good start with Heroman's, after speaking with David Heroman about my issue, the original arrangement was promptly replaced with a striking purple and fragrant arrangement. I originally ordered a succulent garden, which I shouldn't have ordered. David was empathetic to my disappointment, and personally oversaw the creation of the beautiful fresh floral arrangement as a replacement. I've been in business for decades, and I know without a doubt that the satisfaction of your customers is of utmost importance. One's pleasant attitude and willingness to correct a problem to a customer's satisfaction can make or break your business. David possesses that attitude and willingness to please.
