Danielle is kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and goes the extra mile. She treated me with care and never once did she act bothered or aggravated by my multiple phone calls, questions, and requests. This Heroman's was very understanding and very gracious in my small custom request. The woman I spoke to was kind and understaning, and very patient. I was ordering flowers for an friend, but not as sympathy or condolences. I did not want a generic FTD arrangement; I wanted something in a very specific colour. Not only could Heroman's (on Government) make a gorgeous arrangement, but they also delivered so quickly. In my case of was same day. Truly a wonderful florist.

Very very disappointed! I received Dead Peonies. Thought that they would open but never did. Totally unattractive! No bow, no Baby’s Breath to at least make them look appealing. They didn’t even drink any of the water because they were already dead. I am enclosing before and after pictures. One star is even too much! After speaking with Mr. Heroman himself, I received a beautiful arrangement of Peonies to make up for the dead ones sent previously. Thank you for living up to the Heroman’s reputation and providing the customer service always expected from the Heroman’s name.
