My husband got me some lilies from here for my birthday. They are by far the prettiest flowers I have ever had. The pink and purple tones are gorgeous. They lasted over 2 weeks as well!

The Original Heroman's flower shop went above and beyond for our family during this difficult time. They delivered flowers beyond their usual delivery radius to ensure they arrived at the funeral home on time for my aunt. The arrangement was beautiful and showed genuine care. Their kindness and professionalism meant more to us than they know. I highly recommend this flower shop and will purchase from them again.

Absolutely impressed, after calling around & not being able to get an order long distance , with no willing help from workers for descriptions ! Called here she was Johnny on the spot, knew exactly what to do, no questions other than where I needed it delivered! & common questions! If I ever need anything else from down in this area they will be FIRST choice! FABULOUS JOB!!!

This is my favorite flower shop, thanks to an employee named Danielle. She delivered exquisite customer service to me throughout our dealings. Something so rare these days. Danielle is kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and goes the extra mile. She treated me with care and never once did she act bothered or aggravated by my multiple phone calls, questions, and requests. Her customer service was unwavering. I wish I could speak with the owners because Danielle is a star employee. Anyone would be lucky to have Danielle working for them.

Great experience. Call some staff crystal wrap my flowers so perfectly.They look like they came out of a catalog.. Definitely. Recommend buying from then as opposed to the grocery store.Prices are so much better and the quality of flowers are top notch

This Heroman's was very understanding and very gracious in my small custom request. The woman I spoke to was kind and understaning, and very patient. I was ordering flowers for an friend, but not as sympathy or condolences. I did not want a generic FTD arrangement; I wanted something in a very specific colour. Not only could Heroman's (on Government) make a gorgeous arrangement, but they also delivered so quickly. In my case of was same day. Truly a wonderful florist.
